一,損害與賠償

 damage 當損害時,為不可數名詞.
               當賠償金時,為可數名詞,以damages表示

5.  forestall damage 預防損害
6.  pay/cover damages 支付損害賠償金

9.  reparation (n)賠償  make reparation for the loss 針對損失提出賠償
10.  irreparable (adj) 無法彌補的,永久性的   irreparable damage 無法彌補的損害
